Once in Reiki class, 3 weeks in, D was shifting in new and different ways.

After two sessions, I was finally able to relax my central nervous system enough to sleep. I went from 2 - 4 hours of intermittent sleep and constant worry, to a pleasant, healthy, 7-hour night’s sleep. I even napped the next day!

It gives us both a chance to assess if working together is in alignment, and if my approach to this work resonates with what you are hoping to gleam from a coaching experience.
