Hi, I'm Heather Barton.
I'm a personal, business and spiritual coach for women (and their partners, as applicable) who are going through a transition that is becoming exhaustively overwhelming to shoulder alone.
My goal is to help you actualize your truest Self:
as a Human in your life,
as a Parent if you have children,
as a Partner if you are in or seeking a relationship,
as a Career-Minded woman looking to clarify her purpose in the World, and
as a Person who experiences that there is something Bigger to this World and you wish to explore it and learn more.

We all have a list of life events that shaped us. Some of those events were celebratory, others may have left undeniable inner wounds. All of them culminated to this exact point where we all are in our lives. Whether "for better or for worse," they all served some purpose.
What purpose we made of them, was left to us.
That's how you know that I am your coach - You are ready to make purposeful the struggle you are currently bearing.
You yearn to rise like a Phoenix, leave behind cycles and cycles of circular suffering, having the same anxious thoughts each night before bed, and overwhelm meet you each morning you awake.
You're tired of being tired. You're ready to work with someone who, too, was so tired she fell to her knees and rebuilt everything about herself. And in so doing, became more herself than she'd ever been in the whole of her life.

Why Heather as a your Spiritual Coach
Ever since I was. teenager, I believed in something bigger and greater than "us." From astrology, to crystals, to sensing my own deceased, Great-Grandparents lovingly by my side, I have experienced great comfort in a faith of Spirituality (different from religion).
My life's path has been a glistening web of studying spiritual practices and human psychology. The beauty of this combination is that as a trained, licensed, clinical therapist with over 2 decades of experience, all those skills are present in the spiritual coaching experience for my clients.
While this is not therapy, or medical, by any means, it is helpful to know and trust that the person you are working with can hold the professional boundaries and skills that may be comforting when exploring your own spiritual nature.
The practice of Reiki is the backbone of the spiritual work I offer clients. From classes, to individual sessions, to intuitive readings, Reiki is the foundational paradigm by which I offer clients the opportunity for spiritual growth and exploration as they desire to become more deeply connected to their own Spiritual Self.
